  Good afternoon everyone.

dear students, our way of life is always sunny, blue skies, which in the end the most dazzling ray of sunlight? it was said to be excellent academic performance, it was said to be given to help others …and i think that our way of life of the most brilliant sunshine should be reported to belong to the temple map, help us to grow thanks to everyone. yes, the institute of thanksgiving is a feeling, the institute of thanksgiving, but also a character.

as teachers and our students, the most important gratitude is a school. schools to give us a big growth stage of life: bright and spacious classrooms, new desks and chairs, air-conditioned and well-being, as well as multi-media facilities, has provided us with an attractive learning environment. read one book bright and clean rooms, provides us with knowledge of the marine tour; flat beautiful big playground, provided us with a good place for the exercise, and pottery room, computer room, dance room, multi-purpose hall, and so on, no school is not out of devotion to our selfless love!

however, in these beautiful places, often with some notes of discord. read books in one room, some students read the book, abandonment, i do not know the original release, there is more tear, using the phenomenon of the book; when the red and green and white artificial big playground to open it selfless embrace, and some of the scenes of discord hurt our eyes: a wide range of confetti, colorful tang zhi, and scattered in all corners of the shell seeds, chewing gum, etc. the list goes on of these!

think about the things that your family does that deserve a “thank you.” you might say to your husband, “thank you for working so hard for our family, or, to your child, “i really appreciate your sense of humor - it feels good to laugh.” expressing your gratitude helps family members to understand how it feels to be appreciated.

and if they still don’t catch on, let them know when you feel unappreciated.you can also tell them how great it makes you feel when they do express gratitude.gratitude is a wonderful motivator when you need cooperation.when enlisting the help of my two year old, i praise him often and with enthusiasm.i let him know that he is a great helper.i know i am teaching him appreciation because he expresses it to me.the other day i brought a bunch of multi-colored roses home.

for five days, at least once or twice a day, my son thanked me for the flowers.sometimes we get so busy and caught up in daily life that we forget to be grateful.

we expect everyone to do their share without being asked.the only time anyone hears anything is when a chore has not been completed.

英语演讲稿3

A man who lived in a block of apartments thought it was raining and put his head out the window to check. As he did so a glass eye fell into his hand.

He looked up to see where it came from in time to see a young woman looking down.

  "Is this yours?" he asked.

She said, "Yes, could you bring it up?" and the man agreed.

On arrival she was profuse in her thanks and offered the man a drink. As she was very attractive he agreed. Shortly afterwards she said, "I'm about to have dinner. There's plenty. Would you like to join me?"

He readily accepted her offer and both enjoyed a lovely meal. As the evening was drawing to a close the lady said, "I've had a marvelous evening. Would you like to stay the night?"

The man hesitated then said, "Do you act like this with every man you meet?"

"No," she replied, "Only those who catch my eye."

People, also have a Thanksgiving heart, grateful.

With a grateful heart, just like in the journey of life lit a beacon. With a grateful heart, as to master the key to the life palace doors; With a grateful heart, like the ocean of life have a strong ship; With a grateful heart, like the birds have to adjust balance tail...

Meng jiao wrote in "the wanderer" : the loving mother hand line, wandering onto clothing. Departure thick seam, meaning fear of delay, who made the heart-inch grass, at a three chunhui. Every word words reveal the mother-child affectionate and pour out the charm of a mother's love. We are bathed in a mother's love made sunshine sucking the QiongJiangYuLou full of motherly love. Great maternal love, the father loves the versa, parents give us is of the selfless love of others.

Looking at parents that covered the years forehead, looking at that endured the backs of the rain, looking at that endure the hardship strands of white hair. Begat just the parents of grace!

Everyone knows the name of Shakespeare but not much about his personal life.

Do you know how William Shakespeare lived before he went to London?

  What about his family?

What were his dreams and ambitions?

What did he do when he first came to London to try his fortune?

Today, I want to introduce the early life of William Shakespeare and his great influence to the world.

  Family:

Shakespeare was born and pought up in Stratford . He was the son of John Shakespeare, an alderman and a successful glover, and Mary Arden , the daughter of a landowning farmer. He had two older sisters, Joan and Judith , and two younger pothers, Gilbert and Richard.

At the age of 18, Shakespeare married 26-year-old Anne Hathaway , who was an English poet, actor and playwright.Six months after the marriage Anne gave birth to a daughter, Susanna in 1583. Twins, a son and a daughter followed almost two years later and were born in 1585. As Shakespeare had some good friends, Hamnet and Judith Sadler, he named the twins after them, so his son was calledHamnet and his daughter Judith. Unfortunately, in 1596, his son Hamnet died of unknown causes at the age of 11.

This is thefamily tree of Shakespeare’s family and this picture depicts Shakespeare as a family man surrounded by his children, who listened to his stories. Anne was portrayed at the right as an idealized housewife, sewing a garment.

  Dreams and ambitions:

When Shakespeare was young, he had a dream of being a poet. With great ambition and determination, Shakespeare was diligent in his studies. He read a lot about books, poetry and writers. When he left school, he worked for his father. However, Shakespeare wasn’t interested in his father’s business. He was still reading a lot and was already writing poems himself.

In the summer months companies of players often came to small towns, and in 1587 five different companies came. Shakespeare always went to see the plays. He loved to talk to the actors and to listen to all their stories of London. He yearned for London, and therefore, he made a decision to get away from his hometown and left for London to pursue his goal.

  Early life in London:

Shakespeare was good at acting. He worked for the Queen’s Men at the theatre called The Curtain up in Shoreditch. He acted four small parts in two different plays. He played a soldier and a murderer in one play, and in the other play he was a thief, and also an Italian lord in love with the Queen of the Night. And he loved it.

One day, Shakespeare met Burbage, an actor of Lord Strange ’s Men , who invited him to work with Lord Strange’s Men at the Rose theatre on Bankside. Shakespeare worked harder than ever at the Rose. By 1592 London was hearing the name William Shakespeare again and again.

After 1594, Shakespeare"s plays were performed only by the Lord Chamberlain"s Men .The Lord Chamberlain was a very important man, close to the Queen, and Shakespeare put on plays for the Queen’s court and in the houses of the great lords of England. Among the actors, Shakespeare was special-because he wrote plays. He was always trying something new, something different. And he wrote fast, too.

In 1596, His writing changed after Hamnet’s death. Shakespeare still laughed at people in his plays, but he also felt sorry for them- sorry for all the world, good and bad, rich and poor, young and old. And his people were real. No one was all good, or all bad.

These are all about Shakespeare’s early life and now I want to introduce Shakespeare’s lasting influence on

  theatre and literature.

Firstly , he expanded the dramatic potential of characterization, plot, language, and genre. Until Romeo and Juliet , for example, romance had not been viewed as a worthy topic for tragedy. Soliloquies had been used mainly to convey information about characters or events; but Shakespeare used them to explore characters" minds. Secondly , his works heavily influenced later poetry . The Romantic poets attempted to revive Shakespearean verse drama, though with little success. Last but not least , his use of language helped shape modern English. He introduced almost 3,000 words to the English language and used over 7,000 words only once in his plays.

Here are some of his sayings in his well-known works.

英语演讲稿6

Friendship is a kind of relationship that many accompany you all your life. The relationship with your wife or husband occurs only after you are married andruns the risks of being cut down by divorce. The relationship with your parentswill be put to an end with their passing away.

The relationship with yourchildren begins late in the middle of your life. You have an association withyour colleagues, but it is always changing, because one day, one or anothercolleague may disappear suddenly out of your routine by changing jobs and youmay similarly jump out of your colleagues' lives. You have connection with yourneighbors only for the sake of living in the same neighborhood and it will breakdown when you or one of your neighbors moves.

英语演讲稿7

As we all know, healthy is very important to everybody. But do you really know how to stay healthy?

Here are some useful tips. First, we should do exercise if we have time. For example, we can go to swim in the summer holiday. Or we can take a walk after supper.Doing exercise makes us healthy and strong. Second, we should take more vegetables and fruit and less candies. Stop eating junk food and drinking beers. Last but not least, we should go to bed early and wake up early. We should have enough sleep, or we will get sleepy in the day time. If we pay more attention to the tips above, we will have healthier body.

I wish everybody has a strong and healthy body.

英语演讲稿8

Dear teachers and classmates:

I am very glad to make a speech here! This time, I’d like to talk something about English.

I love English. English is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language. More than one –third people in the world can speak English. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.

When I was seven, I began to learn English at school. In the classroom, I played games and sang English songs with other classmates. Then I found the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.

Everyday, I read English and listen to the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons and listen to English songs. Now, I can sing several English songs.

On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with different people there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.

I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit Harvard University, because it’s very famous in the world. Of course, I want to go to England too, because England is where English language comes. If I can ride my bike in Cambridge and Oxford, I will be very happy.

When I learn English well, I hope I can speak English with everyone in the world. I’ll introduce our China to them, introduce our ZhangYe to them, and introduce our Jin an yuan school to them.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. But I believe that after my continuous hard study, I can speak English very well.

I believe as I love English everyday, it will love me too.

英语演讲稿9

In the flood of darkness, hope is the light. It brings comfort, faith, andconfidence.

It gives us guidance when we are lost, and gives support when we areafraid. And the moment we give up hope, we give up our lives. The world we livein is disintegrating into a place of malice and hatred, where we need hope andfind it harder.

In this world of fear, hope to find better, but easier said thandone, the more meaningful life of faith will make life meaningful.

英语演讲稿10

  Good afternoon everybody.

I’m Alison from GAMI. It’s my honour to standhere to share my understanding of innovation.

About innovation, what comes to your mind firstly ? As for me, mostinnovation shines our lives in the long process of humanhistory. Just imagineten million years ago, what are our ancestors’ lifestyles? They must huntanimals or pick the roots and leaves for food laboriously with simple tools ;They have to roar with each other to communicate in a long distance; Theirtransportation basically rely on walking. In short, their lives are hard, simple, even a little boring. However, taking a look at our lives today! We canorder KFC at home , our food is more easily and diversifiedly to be acquired; wecan get in touch with our friends anywhere at anytime by telephone , E-mailandWeChat! Our vehicles include buses ,cars, planes and so on, it becames soeasy to reach the destination. So how did these happen? Those changes are allowing to the countless innovation. It makes our lives become more convenient, comfortable and colorful.

But in today’s modern life , don’t we need to innovate? No no, let’s have alook at the problems we are facing: air pollution, traffic jam, waste ofresources. Those are related to our survival. Maybe we can make a huge machineto filter the polluted , or invent a car which not only can drive along theroad, but also can fly in the sky; or one day we synthesis super energymaterials, we would never relay on traditional resources any more. Are thoseideas too exaggerated? Who knows? Just as hundreds years ago, nobody can imaginewe can fly by plane. Time will tell you the truth .As Edward, a famouspsychologists, said: Without innovation, there would be no progress, and wewould be forever repeating the same patterns. Therefore, innovation is aneternal topic for people, countries and societies! That’s all, thank u !

Dear every leader, teachers:

Hello! The title of my speech today is "let's read together!" .

Books are the fruits of human civilization; The book is a treasure trove of knowledge storage; Books are the ladder of human progress; Book is the nourishment of the world. Life without books, as if the earth without sunshine. Wisdom without books, like a bird without wings. As long as we are willing to study, you can learn from the essence of human wisdom of several thousand years. Newton loved reading, China's total education network documentation channel in the research on the basis of predecessors' work, he discovered the law of universal gravitation, and thus to become a great scientist. Just think, if no books spread predecessors accumulated knowledge, in today's era, will also have a satellite and spacecraft in space? ! Also there will be a wonderful network computer? Let's go through !

Today we -- life of the younger generation in the sun, more should strive to plump wings of their own. As we know, standing on the shoulders of giants, we can see farther; By stepping stone to a thorough, China's total education network documentation channel we can climb even higher. "Read five drum is not of the night, work is YiBaoShiHan." Friends, let's look at the eyes to read books, in books, in the book is a guide, make a wisp of fragrance with you me! Let's study together!

英语演讲稿12

Everyone has a dream, but not everyone can achieve your dream, that dream and reality are too far apart, seems to dream is out of reach, is the unclear main, in the face of cruel reality and dream will only make our steadfast died. Actually hinder our progress is oneself, feel distant dream is their own, think of dream bumpy road is their own, think is hang him yourself, give up the dream is ourselves, we see our circle in a design of the fence, the limitations in the boundaries of their thinking, and then how to also don't break this gap, be your own captive, lost to yourself.

Someone says: the heart has how old, stage has how old, no can't do, only unexpected. As long as we think of is said to myself, I can, I'll do. Courage to face their own, beyond their own pattern, failures, drain, start again. If you lose, never recovered, then you can't, regret lifelong.

A farmers in liaoning, he likes singing very much, he sang in the fields, on the muddy road singing, singing in dirty chicken yard, a sing for 13 years. But many people said that his voice is not suitable for singing, but he don't want to give up, the support of mom gave him great encouragement, he came to China good voice, just want to ask the teachers, his voice would there, can sing out of their own future? A melodious, haven't loving English songs of the song, the authority of the three teachers will turn around trying to want to know, that strange voice, what is the girl sing it, when they turned the moment seemed to be shocked, it turned out that he is a handsome and clear man. The first evaluation of na ying is singing is too attractive, yu give sound special affirmation, I miss you also said that "the time has come for the shine, if you can come out, that is unique" yes, god gave him a very unique voice, at the same time let him live in the great contrast, isn't it a kind of experience?

英语演讲稿13

since we enter the 21st century, the spirit of cooperation has become more and more important.win-win is a popular word. in this way, one plus one is actually bigger than rather than just equal to two.

in this highly developed society, the progress of science and technology is the result of cooperation.the human genome project is a good example.more than 1000 top scientists from different countries have participated in the great project. every scientist may be a 'one',but one plus one, the final result is much greater than 'two'.

the theme of our society is not competition, but cooperation. every stage of practice shows that people with spirit of cooperation or team work will win success much more easily than those without the spirit, and a country or region will develop faster and better if cooperating with the outside world instead of self-enclosed. we can benefit from each oher if we create value together.we must correctly handle the relationship between cooperation and competition, and learn to cooperate with other. we need to make one and one bigger than two.

the terrible disaster caused more then 40075 inhabitants deaths and countless injured up to18:00 may 20th. the 8-day search-and- rescue efforts have put more strain on people's nerves. many chinese spent the agonizing week following news on tv, on net, or glancing over newspapers and on public transport during rush hours. even strangers exchanged information on the updated death toll and the latest outcome of rescue missions; cheered for every survival narrowly escaping hell; mourned each new death; and prayed for the strong lives still trapped in the debris. but hope is dimming as time is running out. so many people lost their lives in a flash, so many happy family become destitute and homeless far and near, so many buildings collapsed without any hesitate, the earth cracked, and even worse, it rained while others try to rescue them…i can not image how sad a child will be that she or he turn out to be orphan after this earthquake.or the old lost all her offspring in this earthquake.people begin to wonder what they can do to help those who are still suffering.

what else can i do? has been the question on everyone's mind since the deadly quake hit sichuan province.

after all, only a few warm-hearted volunteers could access the front lines of combating disaster considering the complicated conditions and fear of potential calamity. people can be seen everywhere lining up to make donations. in many cities, blood banks have been reported up to saturation; and volunteers wishing to donate blood have to register and wait for to be notified. more and more people are eager to be involved in the rescue and relief work that they are becoming unsatisfied with the disaster-relief efforts made outside of the quake-ravaged areas; and volunteers are descending upon the worst-hit areas in growing numbers.

英语演讲稿14

I was one of the only kids in college who had a reason to go to the P.O. box at the end of the day, and that was mainly because my mother has never believed in email, in Facebook, in texting or cell phones in general. And so while other kids were BBM-ing their parents, I was literally waiting by the mailbox to get a letter from home to see how the weekend had gone, which was a little frustrating when Grandma was in the hospital, but I was just looking for some sort of scribble, some unkempt cursive from my mother.

And so when I moved to New York City after college and got completely sucker-punched in the face by depression, I did the only thing I could think of at the time. I wrote those same kinds of letters that my mother had written me for strangers, and tucked them all throughout the city, dozens and dozens of them. I left them everywhere, in cafes and in libraries, at the U.N., everywhere. I blogged about those letters and the days when they were necessary, and I posed a kind of crazy promise to the Internet: that if you asked me for a hand-written letter, I would write you one, no questions asked. Overnight, my inbox morphed into this harbor of heartbreak -- a single mother in Sacramento, a girl being bullied in rural Kansas, all asking me, a 22-year-old girl who barely even knew her own coffee order, to write them a love letter and give them a reason to wait by the mailbox.

Well, today I fuel a global organization that is fueled by those trips to the mailbox, fueled by the ways in which we can harness social media like never before to write and mail strangers letters when they need them most, but most of all, fueled by crates of mail like this one, my trusty mail crate, filled with the scriptings of ordinary people, strangers writing letters to other strangers not because they're ever going to meet and laugh over a cup of coffee, but because they have found one another by way of letter-writing.

But, you know, the thing that always gets me about these letters is that most of them have been written by people that have never known themselves loved on a piece of paper. They could not tell you about the ink of their own love letters. They're the ones from my generation, the ones of us that have grown up into a world where everything is paperless, and where some of our best conversations have happened upon a screen. We have learned to diary our pain onto Facebook, and we speak swiftly in 140 characters or less.

But what if it's not about efficiency this time? I was on the subway yesterday with this mail crate, which is a conversation starter, let me tell you. If you ever need one, just carry one of these. (Laughter) And a man just stared at me, and he was like, "Well, why don't you use the Internet?" And I thought, "Well, sir, I am not a strategist, nor am I specialist. I am merely a storyteller." And so I could tell you about a woman whose husband has just come home from Afghanistan, and she is having a hard time unearthing this thing called conversation, and so she tucks love letters throughout the house as a way to say, "Come back to me. Find me when you can." Or a girl who decides that she is going to leave love letters around her campus in Dubuque, Iowa, only to find her efforts ripple-effected the next day when she walks out onto the quad and finds love letters hanging from the trees, tucked in the bushes and the benches. Or the man who decides that he is going to take his life, uses Facebook as a way to say goodbye to friends and family. Well, tonight he sleeps safely with a stack of letters just like this one tucked beneath his pillow, scripted by strangers who were there for him when.

These are the kinds of stories that convinced me that letter-writing will never again need to flip back her hair and talk about efficiency, because she is an art form now, all the parts of her, the signing, the scripting, the mailing, the doodles in the margins. The mere fact that somebody would even just sit down, pull out a piece of paper and think about someone the whole way through, with an intention that is so much harder to unearth when the browser is up and the iPhone is pinging and we've got six conversations rolling in at once, that is an art form that does not fall down to the Goliath of "get faster," no matter how many social networks we might join. We still clutch close these letters to our chest, to the words that speak louder than loud, when we turn pages into palettes to say the things that we have needed to say, the words that we have needed to write, to sisters and brothers and even to strangers, for far too long. Thank you. (Applause) (Applause)
