　　i"ll tell you an experience of myself happened last week. last thursday ourschool was tackling something about woking fou study. i wanted to have a tryeven though i knew the salary was so low and i had little chance,because thestudents who had the certificate were always thought to have priority to get thejob. fortunately i was called at noon and a teacher said to me that she wantedme to work for her and asked if i could change my mind.

　　at that moment i was so excited that immediately i accepted her idea. butlater on,she found me that i"m not a student,so i had little chance and suggestme to get one. then an idea occurred to me that i could call my father and askhim to send me the letter. at the same time i was told that i was admitted tothe job and don"t need the certificate.

　　that time i forgot to remind my father,until the next day he called me thathe had posted it and it would arrive in just one day. at that moment i wasmoved, and even moved into tears, because i knew my father was injured not longbefore,the process of helping me with the affairs was not so convenient forhim.

　　but he tried his best to help me. sometimes we may complain aboutunsatisfying things around us,and blame them on our parents,sometimes they"ll beangry with us, and sometimes we can"t quite understand what they are thinkingabout. but on balance, almost every parent is selfless to his or her child. theyare ready to offer everything to us when we are in bad situation. we used tosharing sorrow with them,but do not forget to share our happiness with them,perhaps they will be much happier than we are. so from now on, let"s care moreabout our parents and do not leave pity to them. that"s what i want to tell youtoday. thank you!

　　I'd like to introduce myself through the next points:

　　About working: There are three main aspects of my daily work:

　　The first, I teach courses such as basic laws and politics. I can feel thestrong responsibilities on a teacher, because I have to not only teach knowledgewell, but also let students know how to be a good person.

　　The second, I'm responsible for some administrative work, such as studentsrecruiting and employment. The main majors in our college are urban metro, carrepairing, transportation management, logistics and so on.

　　I think the students recruiting and employment are very important to ourcollege as well as to students and their parents, the serious working attitudeand consciousness are highly required.

　　The third part of my daily work is to be a head teacher, there is an idea Irespect very much: there is no bad students, but only bad teachers. If a familyis a component of our society, then the class is a component of the school.

　　When we judge a class good or bad, the key ruler is the organization andmanagement ability of a head teacher, as well as the good working attitude andteaching methods. A head teacher is the pathfinder on the way of studentsgrowing, as a young teacher, I'll try my best to be an excellent headteacher.

　　About daily life: I have a wide range of hobbies, especially sports andreading.

　　Sport: We have very good sports facilities in our college, I play badmintonevery Tuesday, and play basketball every Friday. I think that sports is the bestflavor of our life, it can release the pressure and relax our mood.

　　Reading: I have good reading habits since I was a child, I like the famousfour classic very much, and I'm also interested in some biography and newscommentaries. I think books can help people being mature, they affect megradually.
