一、情景分析
上学期,我园教研活动是以“主题引领下的环境创设”为专题进行的研究。经过一个学期的学习、探讨,教师们对“主题引领下的环境创设”有了更进一步的认识,在主题墙饰的创设上有了很大的提高。可是经过反思与分析觉得我们中班组的教研工作还存在着一些不足,具体表此刻:
1.教师们的理论水平还不够高,对活动的分析和反思还不够深入。

三、工作措施

2.教研组是教师学习的阵地,是提高保教水平的重要手段之一,教研组要以“教师的发展”为出发点,不断提高教育教学理论基础。针对每一次教研活动的主要资料,安排相应的理论知识学习或经验文章的学习。拓展教师的思维,扩大教师的视野,引导教师将理论与实践相结合,把学到的每一条理论充分运用到教育教学实践中去,去验证理论,提升理论的价值。
3.我们将进取组织教师参加园内外的各种学习、培训活动,努力提高教师教育理论水平。
(二)加强听课、评课活动,使不一样层次教师共同提高,解决日常教育教学工作中急需解决的疑难、困惑,不断提升专业素养。
经过“备课、说课、上课、课后反思”作为教育管理手段,为教师搭建对话、交流的平台,提高教育质量。在活动中,每个人都将自我的困惑拿出来,在相互交流中找到解决问题的答案。针对教师在日常教育教学中急需解决的疑难与困惑,每次教研活动时都要拿出5—10分钟组织教师进行研讨;对于教师们共同关注的个性的、热点问题,经过大家集思广益来解决。另外,经过教研活动,提高教师发现问题、解决问题的本事、组织语言的.本事、组织各项活动的本事,提高教师相互配合的本事,真正解决教师在教育教学工作中存在的问题。使教研活动真正发挥促进教师成长的桥梁作用。
